I am very impressed with Gulfstream. From my initial contact on two service calls the person taking the call was pleasant, helpful, thorough and made me feel valued as a customer. The service technicians, in both cases, were friendly, polite, neatly dressed, and thorough in completing the repair.Although we needed two minor repairs the heater has been great after two years.I highly recommend this company.

Technician (Evan) showed up when scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. He had the part with him. He explained everything so I could understand it. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had the pump installed 3 years ago, and it's been working like a champ. Yesterday, the first issue came up, I noticed an error message flashing on the screen. I called the number, left a message. I had a call back within the hour, and a tech at my home making the repair within 18 hours. Phenomenal service.

I know reviews are mostly written by grumpy folks....but I am here to tell you the good about Gulf Stream heat pumps. I have had mine for 20 years and it is a workhorse. I have only replaced a couple of boards and sensors and it has done very well. Better yet, the Tampa Bay area technician, Justin Kenney, is the best. He is knowledgeable, professional and polite. he is a joy to work with. I recommend this business to those looking to make a purchase.....highly recommended.
